Discipleship Pathway

We want to help you take your first steps

Step 1: Discover Mission

Step 1: Discover Mission

Step 1: Discover Mission. Whether you're exploring faith or want to know how to be more involved in the life of our church, Discover Mission is your first step. If you want to connect and possibly make Mission your home, this is your first step. This is a place where we get to hear your story and share a little more about who we are. Discover Mission happens every 1st Sunday of the month over a 90-minute meal after service. Childcare is provided.

Three women chat indoors. One woman with braids and glasses listens intently while another smiles warmly. The third woman is seen from the back.

Step 2: Identity & Design

All of us at one time or another ask: “Who am I? Where do I fit? What has God created me for?”—we want to invite you to our Step 2 in our Discipleship Pathway: Identity & Design. There are so many voices trying to tell us who we should be, but Identity & Design is an opportunity to discover what God says about who you are, how He’s uniquely designed you, and the purpose He’s given you.

This church-wide Step 2: Identity & Design will happen September 13th,  the second Sunday of the month over a 90-minute meal right after service, and childcare is provided.

Step 3: Formation & Culture

Formation & Culture is about becoming more like Jesus—and learning to live the way of Jesus together.

We believe discipleship is more than gaining information. It’s transformation that happens as we follow Jesus in the everyday rhythms of life. The Formation & Culture course is step 3 of our new Discipleship Pathway and the "first community" we invite people to attend. This creates space to slow down, share a meal, build real friendships, pray for one another, and learn what it looks like to hear from Jesus and respond to Him. Starting September 21st, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Mission Kids Nights

And this isn't just for adults. During our Fall 2027 Step 3: Formation & Culture, we will be launching Mission Kids Nights next door at the same time, and this will be led by our Mission Kids team! We want our kids to be poured into and formed too. While adults gather around tables, our kids have intentional space to grow in their relationship with Jesus, build friendships, and experience what it means to be part of the family of God

Step 4: Communities

Step 4: Communities

Our Community Groups and Connect groups are the fourth step in our Discipleship Pathway. Discipleship happens in relational communities. Communities are long-term groups that gather in homes where we live out our discipleship. These gatherings take place around a meal in homes, where we pray for one another, grow in Scripture together, and go deeper in our walk with Jesus. Most communities meet every other week in homes, and new Communities begin as we multiply leaders and invite new people into our discipleship pathway.
